This package is designed to give you space to explore movement, body image, and nutrition support without pressure to commit long-term. Whether you’re looking to reestablish trust with your body, learn simple nutrition practices, or begin moving in a way that feels supportive, Grounded offers a flexible, personalized foundation to start your journey.

    Aligned is a 12-week coaching experience created to help you build consistency, confidence, and balance in your relationship with movement, food, and body. Through weekly 1:1 sessions, personalized guidance, and ongoing support between meetings, this program offers both structure and flexibility as you establish practices that feel sustainable. Aligned is my most popular program because it provides the time and accountability needed to experience real change, while still being accessible and adaptable to your life.

  • Empowered

    Empowered is a 6-month immersive designed for those ready to fully invest in themselves and their long-term growth. With extended time and support, this program allows us to move beyond the basics and create lasting shifts in your relationship with movement, food, and body. Alongside weekly 1:1 coaching, Empowered includes deep accountability check-ins, access to seasonal group experiences, and the space to truly integrate new habits into your daily life. This is the program where transformation takes root—giving you the tools, confidence, and self-trust to sustain your progress well beyond our time together.
