Grounded includes four 90-minute, 1:1 sessions that can be shaped around your unique needs—whether you're looking for personalized movement, body image support, or simple, sustainable nutrition guidance. This package is a great way to explore what feels good in your body before committing to a comprehensive program.

A six-week journey designed to help you reconnect with your body through mindful, consistent movement. Alongside personal training, Rooted includes body image support and foundational nutrition guidance to help you create sustainable practices and nurture body trust. This program is ideal for those looking to establish or re-establish a compassionate relationship with movement, food, and self.

Radiant
A full season of guided exploration, Radiant combines joyful movement, strength-building, and supportive body image coaching to help you deepen your awareness and confidence. With 12 weeks together, we’ll integrate personal training, intentional nutrition strategies, and practices that align with your values—supporting you in feeling connected, empowered, and at home in your body.

Abundant is a 6-month immersive experience designed for those ready to fully invest in themselves and their relationship with movement, food, and body. This program offers the deepest level of support, combining personalized training, body image coaching, and individualized nutrition guidance tailored to your unique goals and lived experience. You'll have the time, space, and structure to explore what strength, rest, and self-trust look like for you—with ongoing 1:1 support to help you build practices that last far beyond our time together.

If you’re seeking a fully integrated, personalized approach, 1:1 wellness coaching may be the right fit.
We’ll begin by clarifying your goals and priorities, then collaboratively develop sustainable ways to incorporate movement and intuitive eating into your life.
