Hi, I’m Mariah Kate.
I help people reconnect with their bodies, build sustainable habits, and find freedom from diet culture through weight-neutral, eating disorder-informed personal training.
After years of struggling with my relationship to food, movement, and my body, I finally found healing—and now, I help others do the same. Abundance Training is a space for people who are tired of being told they need to shrink themselves. Here, we focus on joyful, accessible movement, self-compassion, and community.

Pop-up outdoor classes, all-abilities hikes & mini workshops designed to help you move, connect, and grow—open to clients and the wider community.
Recovery-Informed Fitness Support
If you’re easing back into movement after eating disorder recovery, you deserve support that’s gentle, affirming, and informed. These sessions focus on rebuilding trust with your body—on your terms.
